Oyster Bar
Located in the heart of Hitchin our unique Oyster Bar serves the best of British oysters, small plates & fine wines. As well as Champagne & cocktails, we also serve English sparkling wine producer, Nyetimber. Our small plates menu offers a range of British Spanish and other European cuisine. Our Oyster Bar is available for private hire & we also host monthly wine tastings on the last Thursday of every month.
