When you request to subscribe to our newsletters on any of our websites "Subscribe" forms or ticked site boxes associated with “I’d like to receive communications from” when registering a Loyalty Card on our www.acinns.co.uk website, we collect your name, email address, contact number and month and day of your birth. This information is used from time to time to provide you with news, offers, promotions and updates regarding ACI according to the preferences you state (and your subsequent instructions to us regarding such preferences). If you would like any changes to your preferences or if you would like your details deleted from our system please contact us on 01462 – 416540 or email info@acinns.co.uk. All changes will be actioned within 7 working days. Alternatively, you can click the “unsubscribe now” button on the bottom of any of our emails to stop receiving promotional emails.

Details you provide us with in connection with recruitment opportunities through the ‘Join Our Team’ section of the Website (including through applications for particular positions) will be held by our HR department and processed and shared only with relevant management employees in connection with recruitment. We will use this information (such as your name, contact details and information relating to your experience) in order to process any applications you make for jobs with ACI and to contact you in respect of your application. If you no longer wish ACI to hold this data please call 01462 416540 or email hr@acinns.co.uk and we will remove your details within 7 working days.

When you visit the Website, we log the IP address of the machine you are using, and process information regarding your activity on the Website.
