Next up in our chef series, we're joined by Fran Hartshorne, Executive Head Chef at The White Horse in Brancaster, the award-winning Norfolk coastal pub overlooking the tidal marshes. Fran has been part of the team for 20 years and was recently named Unsung Hero of the Year at the Suffolk & Norfolk Tourism Awards. She’ll be bringing the flavours of Norfolk to Hertfordshire, showcasing delicious dishes inspired by local, seasonal ingredients. Our Chef Series will see us welcome talented chefs from across the industry for a collection of unique, one-off dining experiences.
